By signing below I understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily forseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage, or death. I understand my ability to participate in the walk is subject to my agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein. I accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release the Teal and Toe for Ovarian Cancer 5K walk, the City of Sammamish, Mars Hill Church and all event sponsors their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation, or any participation by a minor for whom I am a parent or legal guardian in this event.
